STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING IF POSSIBLE.
KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT STROKE.
WEAR LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING WHEN POSSIBLE AND DRINK
PLENTY OF WATER.
THE INTERIOR OF AUTOMOBILES CAN BECOME VERY HOT
CREATING A DANGER IF CHILDREN OR PETS ARE LEFT UNATTENDED.
CHECK UP ON RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS.
