These nice folks caught us about to take a photo of their home about a week ago…they let us know that they weren't quite done with putting out all their decorations–looks to me like it was worth the wait!

Morning Snow on Beach Drive

It's cold this morning, walking Orson. What really zings you is the wind. Snow on (the weekend) is beautiful to wake up to. The City of Seattle has a "winter weather advisory in effect until 3pm this afternoon" with more snow possible.

Update 12/14: the puppy has been reunited with it's humans…tails are a waggin'.
When we returned from Alki and the Christmas ships, this message was waiting:
"My husband is just in from the evening dog walk around Bar-S (with snow) and mentioned he ran into a guy looking for his lost puppy. Unfortunately limited information: white puppy, looks like a mop, lost today but does have a tag, if you run into it (don't know male or female) the tag has contact info.Sorry we don't have more info, but on a cold wintry night the guy was is looking all over."
