It’s been a while since we’ve issued a barking dog report – I’ll explain more later. Right now we’re dealing with extreme wind at high tide causing water to slosh over the bulkhead. This is the type of situation where neighbors may experience flooding – especially if we lose power. The following is what info we have as of 4:00 am (at the time of publishing this post):
