With the first high tide of 11.3 at 7:10 a.m. with low tide of -1.4 following at 2:00 pm and the next high tide of 11.2 at 9:06 pm… I think I'm going to call this my first official "Barking Dog" report. (If you're new to BDB, consider a "Barking Dog Report" like your neighbors dog who's yapping when they're a bit concerned — all with good intentions).

The City of Seattle has updated their site with a high wind watch on Friday with LOCAL AFTERNOON GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH.
