Yesterday’s weather and sunset was a real gift.   Mother Nature surprised us with a beautiful sunny day while we were expecting a cool grey weekend…I would not want to be a Weatherman in Seattle!    Will Mother Nature surprise us again today?   I sure hope so.

Sound Scenes from Yesterday

You don’t mind us driving where you’re fishing do you?

Dsc_0058

Not as long as you don’t mind us fishing above where you’re diving.

I wish I could show you a picture of the Osprey with a catch…you’ll have to go to an eariler post to see that.

Opening Day

Our best guess is that these early risers are in search of Ling Cod…what do you think?

Surprise Sunset for a Drizzly Day

I didn’t expect to see a pretty sunset today–this literally took my breath away.  I guess I shouldn’t under estimate Mother Nature!

How Low Can You Go?

Not as low as yesterday’s low tide of minus 2.5 which brought field trips of giggling and oohing children to Mee Kwa Mooks and along the shore below Emma Schmitz View Point.

Today’s low tide will be a minus 2.2 at 2:54 this afternoon and this Heron doesn’t seem to mind one bit.
