Beach Drive has potential Hi-Yu royality, Miss Kelsey Porter! Kelsey is a 2010 West Seattle Hi-Yu Senior Court Candidate representing the West Seattle Kiwanis Club.
She says:
"Hello, my name is Kelsey Porter and I'm a candidate for Miss West Seattle Hi-Yu 2010/2011 (a women's scholarship program). One of our responsibilities is to sell buttons to help support the Hi-Yu Summer Festival. The buttons are $1 each and feature our theme "Dreams Do Come True".
