Well the first high tide took place a couple hours ago. We’re now bracing for the next high tide which is a 10.94 at 7:12 pm tonight.
The Puget Sound Marine Forecast was updated 9:00 am this morning:
PZZ135-230000- PUGET SOUND AND HOOD CANAL- 900 AM PDT SUN SEP 22 2013 GALE WARNING IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING TODAY S WIND 20 TO 30 KT RISING TO SW WIND 25 TO 35 KT BY AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FT. RAIN. TONIGHT SW WIND 25 TO 35 KT EASING TO 20 TO 30 KT DURING THE EVENING. WIND WAVES 3 TO 6 FT...HIGHEST EARLY IN THE EVENING. SHOWERS. And the Special Weather Statement has been updated as well:

We are preparing for a possible flood tonight… of course we hope we are only
erring on the side of caution… but you really cannot be too prepared for when
green water comes sloshing over the bulkhead.
