No wonder I have been receiving so much snail mail from contractors saying they are intested in buying my rental property which is also on Beach Drive. They obviously knew this was in the works!
By the way, do you know how they measure35 feet for single family if your house is built on a slope?
Cat Woman, excellent question…and I don’t have the answer for you. I did post your question on West Seattle Herald’s web page…I’m not expecting an answer. I would suggest contacting the City to get it straight from the source.
