Wind and Waves!

The wind was really howling this morning. Our home was lucky that the winds tapered off just before the high tide at 7:30 this morning. We have more strong winds predicted this week. Check out this forecast from Wind Alert

You can see by the bottom row that most of Saturday and into Sunday, winds are predicted to be very strong with gusts in the 40s. If you live on the water or enjoy water activities, I highly recommend getting downloading Wind Alert to your phone or computer…it’s been very handy for us!

High tide for Friday is predicted to be 12.73 feet at 8:21 a.m. The low tide at 2:12 pm is only 7.07 feet with the next high tide of 9.62 feet at 6:39 p.m.

NOTE: I’m waiting for an updated Puget Sound Marine Forecast – which I expect anytime.
